Order Processing & Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
Most orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For international orders, shipping times may vary by destination but generally take 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be extended during storewide promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Unexpected events such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may also cause delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carenology95 USA, Inc. is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from shipping delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.


International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government or customs authority. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.


Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Use your full legal name (no nicknames or abbreviations)

  • Enter all addresses in English only

  • Include apartment numbers, building names, entrance codes, and contact details where applicable

We are unable to pack or ship orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders shipped to invalid addresses cannot be reshipped or refunded.

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes on your behalf. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Undeliverable or Unreachable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier is unable to contact the recipient, we are unable to reship or refund the order.

If an address issue is identified before shipment, we will contact you via email (info@carenology95.com).
Please respond within 14 days. If no response is received, the order may be canceled and a new order will be required.


Delivery Issues & Claims Window

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any of the following:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect orders

Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, Carenology95 cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping fees and order totals are non-refundable in cases of shipping delays beyond our control.


Promotions & Price Adjustments

Prices may change during promotions or sales.
Orders placed prior to a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments, refunds, or credits.


Hazardous Goods Notice

Each country maintains its own regulations regarding hazardous materials. Customers are responsible for confirming whether purchased products are permitted for import into their country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance.


Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

To ensure efficient fulfillment and fair shipping rates, we partner with third-party logistics providers (3PL). As a result, we are unable to include free samples, promotional gifts, or event items in shipments unless otherwise stated.


Force Majeure

Carenology95 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disruptions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume fulfillment as soon as practicable.

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
